Thabazimbi Properties was built on a dream.

Our Owner & Founder, Barend, had a vision for so long, and in 2023 finally had the courage to follow this dream.
It all started with an old house in the centre of Thabazimbi's hustle and bustle. Barend purchased this home, always knowing that it had so much potential, but never realising that this property would one-day become the beautifully renovated and modern offices of Thabazimbi Properties.

The renovations of the home-turned-office was so dear to Barend's heart, and he wanted to show the potential of what Thabazimbi Properties has to offer each client.

With 20 years of property experience in Thabazimbi, Barend's vision was to start an agency that personally caters to every client's need in home-ownership. His dream and purpose was to create a workspace for the agents where they feel at home the moment they step foot into these newly renovated offices, and where we would be so passionate about our client's dreams that we will walk the extra mile with every client.

Our Mission
At Thabazimbi Properties, our mission is to make each client feel welcome and at home in our offices. We aim to have each client trust us with their hopes, dreams and desires of a new home, and to share this dream with each client. We want our clients to experience effortless communication and transition, and most of all, we want our clients to come back to us sharing memories of their new home, and new hopes and dreams of their future homes.
Our Vision
Our Vision is to recreate the Real Estate experience for each client. We want each client to speak highly of Thabazimbi Properties of our genuine character and who we present ourselves to be. In our first year we had a success rate of 90% with each home listing, and our vision is to continue increasing this rate. By the end of 2024 we'd like to fill our offices with trust-worthy agents who will walk the extra mile for each client, and to always prioritise our client's hopes and dreams in the real estate market, and to make their dreams a reality.
